Heat Treatment: Bolt’s Metallizing, CWST offer Heat Treating services to fit your needs like Precipitation Hardening, Tempering, Stress Relieving, Solution Annealing, Aging and Fusing processes.
Metal Joining: Bolt’s Metallizing, CWST offers metal joining services to fit your needs like Furnace Brazing and GTAW (TIG) Welding. We specialize in NADCAP accredited Furnace brazing under various atmospheres to fit your requirement like Vacuum, Hydrogen, Argon and Air utilizing a wide variety of precious metal alloys as braze materials (Gold, Silver, Copper, Nickel, etc.) coming from different types of forms like paste, wire, and tape.
We are equipped with a NADCAP accredited GTAW (TIG) weld process and approved on processing different base materials and base material thickness to suit your requirements.
- Brazing: It is a metal-joining process whereby a filler metal is heated above melting point and distributed between two or more close-fitting parts by capillary action.
- Welding: Bolts Metallizing, offer Gas Tungsten Arc welding services to fit your metal joining needs.
Passivation: It is a special process used to prevent corrosion by removing the free iron from the base metal surface and creating a thin layer of oxide and covers the surface of the part to protect the base material from corrosion and extend the life of the part.
